On June 21, 2020, the world will celebrate World Yoga Day and guess who is already practicing to nail it! Actress Soha Ali Khan’s little daughter Inaaya Naumi Kemmu, and helping her ace it is dearest daddy Kunal Kemmu. The actress shared a video on her Instagram account, where we saw this father-daughter duo practicing a very basic yet a very power meditation technique of Omkar. As per daddy’s instruction the little picks up the nitty-gritties and follows in his footsteps.
Video has Kunal and Inaaya seated on a play mat, where Kunal makes her to seat in a Lotus position or padmasana and instructs her to breathe in and out by demonstrating it to her. Inaaya too observes her father and follows the same. Later in the video she is also attempting to chant Omkar by joining her hands and taking a deep breath. Soha shared this adorable clip of her daughter by mentioning her little one getting ready for world Yoga day.
Soha’a caption read, “Preparing for world yoga day P.s: both of us were having a bad hair day” She also mentions of this father-daughter duo experiencing a bad hair day, which very visible in the video too.
